ORDERS

1. How can I check the status of my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once the provider has processed your order, you'll receive another email containing a tracking link to monitor its status.

2. Is it possible to change order after it is booked?

Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed, changes cannot be made.

3. Is there an option to cancel an order?

Regrettably, once an order has been paid for, it is automatically forwarded to the provider, and cancellation is not possible.

4. What are the recommended care instructions for our clothing items?

All information regarding specific garments can be found on the sizing page, including details on how to care for your clothes.

5. Can I place an order online and pick it up in-store?

At the moment, it's not possible due to not having a physical store.

6. Can I place an order as a company?

Orders cannot be placed on behalf of companies.

DELIVERIES

1. What is the average shipment time?

The average waiting time for order shipment is approximately 2-3 business days.

2. What is the average delivery time?

Delivery times vary based on location. In Europe, it typically takes 5 to 15 business days. However, for distant regions, delivery can extend from 10 to 30 days due to shipping logistics.

3. Do you deliver your products abroad?

Yes, we ship to many countries. You can find the full list of countries during the checkout process when selecting your country.

4. What if I receive a damaged product?

Firstly, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Secondly, in the event of such a situation, please review our return policy to determine if the product is eligible for return, and then contact us via email at contact@sselfless.com.

RETURNS

1. How does the return procedure look like?

Customers must inform us of their intention to return via email at returns@sselfless.com. Upon approval, the customer must send the return shipment at their own expense to the address Al. Jana Pawla II 43a/37b, 01-001 Warsaw, Poland.

2. What is the refund period for returned goods?

After a successful return approval (notification will be sent via email), you will receive a refund within 10 business days to the account used for payment.

3. Can I exchange the product I purchased for another one of the same price?

we're sorry, but it's not possible to exchange the product you purchased for another one of the same price.

4. How are refunds processed for returned items?

You send an email to us at returns@sselfless.com. Once we approve your return, you send the product back to us, and within 14 days after receiving product, we are obligated to refund your money, usually to the provided bank account. More details are available in our return policies.

PAYMENTS

1. What should I do if my payment doesn't go through or gets rejected?

If you encounter payment issues, we recommend using PayPal as a payment method. Our bank is based in Europe, which may cause payments from other continents to be rejected by other payment gateways due to security reasons, for which we are not responsible.

2. What should I do if I selected online payment but didn't complete the transaction?

If you have selected online payment, such as with a card, but did not complete the transaction, your order will not be processed until the funds are received in the bank account.

3. What if something interrupted my payment process, and I had to stop it, and I don't have the option to redo the transaction?

In this case, we recommend creating your cart again and going through the entire purchase process anew. Alternatively, you can contact us via email at contact@sselfless.com, and we'll do our best to assist you as soon as possible.

GENERAL

1. Are the 3d mockups photos the real look?

THE 3D MOCKUP IS JUST A WAY TO SHOWCASE THE DESIGN. IT IS NOT AN ACCURATE PRODUCT REPRESENTATION. The first two photos show the actual appearance of the clothes.
